The Ultimate Avocado Tuna Salad Wrap

- 1 can tuna (5 ounce can)
- 2 tbsp light mayo
- 1/4 cup white onion diced
- 2 tbsp jalapeño diced
- 1 large hard boiled egg with yolk
- 1 large hard boiled egg white
- 1 small avocado
- 1/4 cup Roma tomato diced (about 1/2 tomato)
- lime to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- Salsa Verde
- romaine lettuce
Start out by dicing all your veggies - onion, jalapeño as well as 2 of your hard boiled egg whites, You will also dice your tomato and 1/2 avocado if you want to top with extra avocado. Set aside, you'll add these in just a few minutes.
In a small bowl start out by combining one hard boiled egg yolk, 1/2 of an avocado and 2 tablespoons of light mayo in a bowl and mixing together using a fork.
Once you have your avocado mayo mixture combined add in your diced eggs, onions, jalapenos, and 1 can of tuna drained well.
Add a squeeze of lime and garlic salt to taste and mix. Place on a piece of romaine lettuce and enjoy.
