Ingredients
  

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh Cherries
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 package blueberry Jello
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 envelope gelatin unflavored
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package cherry Jello
  • 1 cup fresh cherries pitted and sliced in half
  • Whipped topping
  • Additional berries for topping

Instructions
 

  • First, prepare blue Jello as directed on packaging.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and pour in blueberries.  Refrigerate until Jello is firm (about 2 hours).
  • In a small saucepan sprinkle unflavored gelatin on top of ½ cups of cold water.  Allow to stand for about 1-2 minutes.  Pour in the cream, sugar and cook over low heat until gelatin is dissolved (stir frequently). Allow to cool to room temperature, whisk in vanilla and sour cream and place in refrigerator until the firm (about 2 hours).
  • Prepare cherry Jello as directed on the package.  Slowly spoon over white layer, add cherries and place in refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours).
  • Top with whipped topping and any berries desired.
