Easy Parmesan Ranch Popcorn: 10 Minute Low-Calorie Snack

This easy, budget-friendly Parmesan Ranch Popcorn is my absolute go-to for low-calorie snacking! Ready in under 10 minutes, it packs an amazing savory punch that will satisfy your cravings without breaking the bank or your diet. It was a total game-changer on my weight loss journey!

  • 1 popcorn maker

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Popcorn
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • Spray butter
  • 1 gallon sized Baggie

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the popcorn: Pop your popcorn according to the package directions.
  • Mix the seasoning: In a bowl combine your ranch seasoning and parmesan cheese and mix together.
  • Layer and spray: Place about half of the popped popcorn into a gallon-sized baggie and spray it generously with the spray butter. (Seriously, this Theater Style popcorn spray butter does magical things for the taste and helps the seasoning actually stick to the popcorn instead of settling at the bottom. It’s been a total game-changer for me!)
  • Season and shake: Add half of your ranch seasoning and parmesan cheese to the baggie, seal it, and shake it up until the popcorn is evenly coated.
  • Repeat: Add the remaining popcorn to the bag, spray it again with the butter, toss in the rest of your seasonings, and give it one final, good shake.
  • Serve and enjoy: Pour the parmesan ranch popcorn into a bowl (or just eat it straight out of the baggie—no judgment here!) and enjoy!
